A growing Newfoundland-based tech firm recently took possession of a full floor suite. Using elements from their home office, Edify managed the renovation of this floor to match just what the client was looking for. A clean modern space with an emphasis on collaboration was built. The lighting elements provided many of the design features that Verafin was looking for.

Moving and renovating during the Covid-19 pandemic has presented a whole suite of issues never before encountered on construction sites. With supply line issues and smaller workforces, we were forced to change our approach to this project. Being adaptable and creative in our approach is what can benefit our clients. Workstation setups were minimized, signage was installed and being adaptable to the requests of building management all played a role in making this project successful.
As there was minimal design elements in this project, the design was to maximize visual impact with new lighting throughout the space. In partnership with X-Design and TPL, the new lighting package provides the "wow" factor to this space.
A beautiful and modern space for Verafin was a pleasure to work on.
